That way cars will see this tall long pole with a bright orange flag waving and they wont hit you! By the way... I want to be at the part of St. George when you ride into there and cheer you on for a good job! Let's figure it out!

Yes, I have to admit that getting to the gym is SO hard. I wish it wasn't, but what can you do?
